How to start exercising...

Never exercised, but now determined to get fit. Wondering how to get started? To get fit there are two main things to focus on, first is diet and second is exercise. If you can say no to outside food, and stay away from refined oil, flour, excess fried foods or sweets, you will start losing weight slowly.

But regular exercise with it is equally essential. Those who have never been fitness conscious, suddenly cannot understand what kind of exercise to do. Again, this is also true, if you start running or weight training tomorrow without preparing your body, there is more risk of harm than gain. Choose exercises that are safe for your body under such circumstances.

First, give the body time to adjust to the new routine. It is always good to start with any type of cardio exercise.

walking

It is always better to start with a walk. Especially if you can walk in the right shoes on the level road, then the body strength will gradually increase. Add some free-hand exercises with slow walking. Start increasing the walking speed or distance each week.

swimming

Swimming can be learned at any age. Swimming is a full-body exercise. Regular swimming will gradually strengthen the lungs. You will feel the difference in a few days. The body will be toned if you swim regularly.

Tai chi is less well-known than judo or karate, but this Chinese martial art involves practising various poses to relax the body and mind. For those starting a little older, Tai Chi is a great option. As we age, we start having balance problems, this technique will be of great help in that case.

yoga

There is nothing new to say about the benefits of yoga. The whole world is now focused on teaching yoga. Why are you behind?

Badminton

A partner is a must, and nothing else is needed to play badminton. Your balance should be better than ever in badminton too.
